Individual Counselling

Personalized, one-on-one sessions that focus on navigating life's challenges and overwhelm. Our sessions focus on helping you embrace your neurodivergence by reflecting on internalized ableism, and building coping strategies tailored to your unique strengths and needs.

Couples Counselling

​Couples sessions work to deepen your understanding of each other’s perspective. Whether one or both partners are neurodivergent sessions are tailored to help you navigate communication differences and the impact of neurodiversity on your relationship.

Caregiver Counselling

Compassionate support dedicated caregivers. These sessions address the unique stressors you face from managing burnout to balancing your needs with those of your loved one, while helping your prioritize your wellbeing. 

All sessions are available in 60 & 90 minute formats.
